Nature Diary 2007Nature Diary 2008Nature Diary 2009Nature Diary 2010 May 12, 2009 - Hummingbird Arrives I always look forward to the arrival of the first hummingbird.  One flew right in front of me as I was headed into my garage yesterday.  It had been feeding on some flowers at the corner of our foundation.  It is probably the male, the female usually shows up a week later.  I always worry about them when they first show up because there are so few flowers in bloom.   < Prev   Next > [ Back ]
