Our flock of Red-winged Blackbirds has now grown to about 24. Seeing that many Red Wings flashing in as a flock definitely gets my attention. The reddish background in this photo is a blurred hedgerow of red-twig dogwood bushes about 70 feet behind the bird.</p>
