Cormorant - Double-crested

While visiting relatives in Maine, we stopped at the harbor in Belfast, Maine looking for water birds. There were 2 dozen Double-Crested Cormorants perched on a distant boat dock grooming and air drying their wings. To my pleasant surprise, one popped up right in front of me by the pier.
