Northern Shoveler Dabbling - November 6, 2011
About a dozen Northern Shoveler ducks were distributed among 500+ Canada Geese in the shallow water by the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge visitors center. This male was dabbling in a shallow pool he had staked out for himself.
