Dad and Baby House Finch - May 29, 2014
I heard an incessant cheeping outside. When I went to investigate, I saw a male House Finch being followed by a hungry baby. The dad flew to our crabapple tree with the baby in close pursuit. In the foreground is a highbush cranberry bloom.
