1st Year Male Rose-breasted Grosbeak - June 3, 2008
This is a 1st year male Rose-breasted Grosbeak. He doesn't have as much red on his breast as the full adult. He tussled with the adult male for feeder space and lost. In this shot, he is looking like he is doing penalty box time for his behavior.
