Female Yellow-bellied Sapsucker Inspecting Sapwells - May 12, 2009
This is the female Yellow-bellied Sapsucker. She does not have red on her throat like the male, and has a less prominent yellow band above her wings. The pair have been coming in together to the willow tree.
