Tanager - Scarlet Tanager

Male Scarlet Tanager in Serviceberry Tree - July 23, 2016

I was surprised to see this male Scarlet Tanager flying around our back yard as the sun was setting. We have not had one here since the summer of 2000 shortly after we moved in.
