Shrike - Northern Shrike

Northern Shrike Pays a Visit - February 29, 2012

I never know when a Northern Shrike might show up. When I have just finished putting the morning seed out and there are no birds around, I start looking for a hawk. To my surprise this guy was perched right in the middle of the front yard feeder area.
