Swan - Trumpeter Swan

As I drove around the main pool at Montezuma Wildlife Refuge, I was disappointed to see no birds out across the expanse of open water. But a few minutes later, I came upon this Trumpeter Swan pair dabbling among the cattails right next to the road. They did not seem flustered at all by my presence; I was in my truck with the window down.
