Wood Thrush - 1st Ever Photo - June 5, 2010
This Wood Thrush was hopping in and out of grass clumps along the shoulder of a shaded back road. Normally they are fairly deep in the woods and very skittish. The rich rust colored back and dark breast spots distinguish him from the Hermit Thrush.
