<p> My Christmas present to our woodpeckers was to install a section of an ash tree trunk that has a huge Pileated Woodpecker hole in it at one of the feeder stations.
Every morning I smear bark butter suet inside the hole. This is a male Hairy Woodpecker having a suet breakfast. </p>
